The client, a prominent e-commerce platform specializing in fashion and lifestyle products, faced several challenges related to user experience (UX). High bounce rates and cart abandonment were prevalent, indicating a disconnect between users and the platform. The existing search and navigation systems were inefficient, hindering product discoverability and user satisfaction. Moreover, the lack of personalization and customization options limited the platform's ability to cater to individual user preferences.
